Our experienced guides, known as "Operators", will lead you through a transformative 60-minute session. Explore the sauna traditions of the world with German aufguss techniques, refreshing cold baths and modern breathing exercises. All this takes place in a dynamic environment with customized soundscapes and lighting, leaving you emotionally restored, revitalized and completely zen.
Everyone is welcome – no previous experience is necessary. Just bring your swimwear, a towel and an open mind.

The Sacred Sauna was born from a simple idea and a deep need.
A group of close friends, exhausted by the hustle and bustle of the city, endless scrolling, and the same old routines, wanted something different. They were tired of just meeting over beers at the pub or half-distracted dinners where everyone was more present online than in the moment.
So they tried something old instead. And what started as something common quickly became something sacred.
In the silence of the sauna, conversations deepened. Stress melted away. Phones were forgotten. There was no pressure to be someone or say something. Just breathing, warmth and presence.
From that experience was born The Sacred Sauna, a place where people can come together without distractions, without performance, and without pretension. It's about reconnecting with your body, your mind, your friends, and yourself.
