Book for several people?
Group booking & booking for multiple people
If you want to book a session for multiple people, you first need to purchase the number of credits that corresponds to the number of seats you want to book. Then, you book yourself multiple times into the same session until all seats are reserved.
This way you can make a group booking for the same session.
Please note that you, the person making the booking, must be present at the session.

Vi vill vara tydliga med att vi INTE är ett SPA.
Sacred Sauna är en utomhusanläggning, uppbyggd av containers och byggbaracker, där vi har skapat vår egen lilla oas – och den älskar vi.
Förvänta dig ingen spa-upplevelse, lånehanddukar, behandlingar eller champagneFörvänta dig istället en äkta bastuupplevelse, med bastu, kallbad, guidad meditation och breathwork.

Yes, to secure your place you need to book a place via our very easy website where you can easily click to book a place via Apple Pay, Swish or any payment card. Faster than light.
We do not allow drop-ins on site and do not accept cash.

We recommend:
- Swimwear
- 2 towels: one to sit on and one to dry yourself with afterwards
- Slippers for soft steps and warm feet
- A water bottle
- A sauna hat, a game changer for a more comfortable sauna experience.
(All of the above can also be purchased from our on-site vending machine.)

We recommend that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of the session.
However, you need to be there at least 5 minutes before the start .Our sessions always start exactly at the scheduled time , and therefore it is important to arrive well in advance so that the session can start without delays.
If you arrive earlier than 15 minutes before , please note that staff may be inside the sauna and conducting an ongoing session. In these cases, we ask you to wait until the session is over if you have any questions or need assistance.

Breathing techniques and meditation are integrated into the sauna session and are led by our experienced instructors, who guide you through breathing exercises and meditation during the experience. It helps reduce stress, increase oxygenation in the body and provide a sense of inner peace.

We have an age limit of 18 years.

Our guided sessions last 60 minutes, during which you will undergo three rounds in the sauna (approximately 10 minutes per round). In between these rounds, you will have the opportunity to cool down in the shower or our cold bath. The cold bath is completely optional, but our guides will be there to help you if you are new to the experience.

Yes, we have equipped changing rooms, but the showers are outside and are used before and after the last round. Keep that in mind!

Vi har två koncept, The Sacred Session eller Open sauna
The Sacred Session är en 60 minuter lång guidad bastusession som leds av våra utbildade sauna operators.
Sessionen innehåller aufguss, eteriska oljor, musik, andningsövningar och planerade pauser för vila. Upplägget är strukturerat och guidat från start till slut.

Open Sauna är ett självständigt alternativ utan guidning.
Du har tillgång till bastu och kallbad men ingen operator är närvarande, och det förekommer ingen musik, aufguss eller ceremoni.
Vid Open Sauna behöver du själv starta bastun. Uppvärmningstiden är cirka 15 minuter innan bastun når rätt temperatur.

The Open Sauna is our self-service option.
Just you, the heat, and the cold plunges.
No guide, no music, no ceremony, just a sauna, the way you make it.Perfect if you simply want to sweat, breathe, and enjoy the elements
but if you're looking for The Sacred Sauna experience , join a guided session.-
